While travelling

To stay fit and alert during long car journeys you can regularly take a few tablets. Use Spirulina during long flights: you feel fresher, are less effected by jetlag and acclimatise more readily once you get to your destination. Tip: The air in aircraft is extremely dry so try to drink as much water as possible and avoid alcohol as it dries you out.
